I’m Pedro, the owner and Pastry Chef of Nata Portuguese Bakery, the first and only Portuguese bakery in the region. After moving here in 2015, I realized there was a strong demand for Portugal’s beloved "Pastel de Nata." Inspired by this, I left my IT career and returned to Portugal to train as a professional Pastry Chef. In 2016, I launched Nata Portuguese Bakery, specializing in authentic Portuguese Custard Tarts. Today, we proudly supply coffee shops, restaurants, and the bakery sections of Farro and Countdown supermarkets nationwide.
