At Hogarth Chocolate Makers, we are passionate about crafting exceptional chocolate from the finest SLAVE FREE cacao beans sourced globally. Our small factory in Nelson is where the magic happens—each bar is made by hand through traditional methods. We sort, roast, and grind the cacao, preserving its natural flavors to deliver a rich, authentic taste that industrial processes often overlook. Together with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we’ve created a unique chocolate bar that tells the story of Karl’s journey from sailor to chocolatier, alongside the cacao’s voyage to our shores.
