Founded by me, Sam Ellis, after years in bakery kitchens, I began my journey by hand-rolling bagels late one night in 2013. That humble start at the Christchurch Farmers’ Market quickly blossomed into a thriving bakery. Today, our dedicated team of eight, including my wife Sara, specializes in real sourdough bread, delectable pastries, mouthwatering donuts, and, of course, our famous bagels. We proudly supply cafés, restaurants, and homes with our artisan creations each week.
